A list of equipments is mentioned with every course. However you specifically need an electric hand mixer for making the buttercream. A stand mixer would be an added advantage but not compulsory.

After class support by Chef Karthika Sravanthi can be schedule during any working day and within work hours over email or whatsapp. The Chef has designed a process of documenting your using steps through Journalling Method. With this, the instructor will be able to point out exactly what went wrong and correct it accurately. Kindly adhere to that process for the best results. The steps are given in a separate document.

This course is designed for absolute beginners keeping in mind the level of knowledge for those starting from scratch. Although the course doesn’t include the cake recipe itself, our Cake Courses are great first step before taking this course if you haven’t baked at all. The courses are extensive, detailed and the videos are shot super elaborately to make it easy for beginners to grasp.

You are welcome to upgrade. In this case, an Invoice will be raised for the entire bundle minus the price of the course already purchased.
