This is a Eggfree Classic Vanilla Cake and one of my absolute favorite! This has been a best seller eggless recipe ever since I started my business. It’s a melt-in-mouth soft, fluffy and rich butter cake. It pairs beautifully with American Buttercream which is super easy to make. There is a market for the traditional Bakery style American Buttercream as it brings a lot of memories of cakes we’ve had in childhood from the nearby bakery. We will also be going through a smart trick with American Buttercream to make is as smooth as possible and finish it with some organic edible flowers and sprinkles.
